I've recently been looking for ways to safely get more nutrition into my diet, and just overall feel better.   I have been looking around at several different drink mixes, and then I was given the opportunity to try Total Nutrition.

First of all, let me thank Total Nutrition for sending me a sample of their product for free.  This is what Total Nutrition says about their product:

Here is what the package looks like.
It comes in a resealable pouch, which I was a little confused about since there was only a single serving in the package. The powder is ground up very fine, and smells a lot like alfalfa.

The drink was very easy to mix up; I just put the powder in a cup and then poured 8oz of what in the cup with the powder.  It was nice and green, like it was supposed to be.

The drink itself, tasted not all that great.  Maybe other's will have a better experience than I did since I am actually kind of picky when it comes to taste.  I didn't feel like the drink would have harmed me in anyway, and if I could have covered up the taste, I probably would have drunk the rest of it. That just wasn't happening, since I didn't have anything to do that with.

I couldn't validate any of their other claims to more energy and stuff, because basically I didn't want to drink the rest of it, and the only sent me the one serving.

All in all, you may have better luck with it than I did, but I will probably just move onto another product.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
